April founded ebs in 2003 with a dozen years of recruitment experience and a passion for honesty, relationships and follow-through. She built ebs through client referrals, working with nearly every publicly traded company in St. Louis and hundreds of small businesses.

Under her guidance, ebs weathered the recession and has emerged intact with the largest and most loyal accounting, finance and HR recruiting team in St. Louis. April is excited to share that effective May 1, 2023 she will be 100% woman owned and will continue ebs under the new name of ebsrecruiters.com. She sets the tone for world-class customer service and solid relationships, both within the company and with clients.
