Office Administrator (8200)

Job Overview: The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, handling client communications, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the construction or roofing industry is preferred but not required. 

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments 
  • Manage daily mail and email correspondence.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and leads, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and stock office supplies.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Support the team by handling general office administration tasks as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating the CRM system for lead tracking, client follow-ups, and payment processing.
  • Send thank-you cards and client appreciation notes.
  • Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications
  • Prior office administration or office management experience (preferably in construction or roofing).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong ability to work well within a team.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
