After coaching collegiate volleyball for 10 years, Ben made the shift to apply his volleyball recruiting background to the world of recruitment in accounting and finance.  It became immediately apparent when Ben joined our team in 2021 that his talents were going to be an excellent match for our field.  Ben’s ability to build long term relationships through coaching has been the foundation for his success at ebs.
